Make a Wish

It's Party Time!

Stick It Down has always been one of my favorite sites for sketches, and I was on their card Design Team for a while.  It was only natural, then, that I check them out to see what they have to offer for January.

Here's their January Card Sketch:

Since my youngest son turns ten next week (!), I decided to use the sketch to make a birthday card.

Pinecone Christmas

When I was looking for new sketches and challenges, I came across 52 Christmas Card Throwdown.  I always participate in a Christmas in July card challenge in one of my scrapbook groups, but I never have enough Christmas cards.  I also came across the ABC Christmas Challenge.  Both of these will be perfect and will hopefully help me have enough cards this year!

Here's the January sketch:

I can't believe it's been almost six months since I shared something on my blog!  HOLY COW!!!  The end of 2018 must have been much crazier for me than I thought it was.  I've got a lot of things going in 2019, too, but I'm going to try to make time for some cards, layouts, and challenges!

I found this sketch at Freshly Made Sketches:
