Through the Purple Haze Challenge #24--ANYTHING GOES!

Welcome back for a new year of great challenges at the Through the Purple Haze challenge blog!  Our first challenge should be an easy one for you--ANYTHING GOES!  The DT was provided with images from Crafty Sentiments (Thank you!), and I chose Sally to work with.

I used the sketch from Your Next Stamp Challenges and will be entering this card over there.

This week, I have the honor of being a Guest Designer at The Crazy Challenge!  The sponsor this week is Crafty Sentiments Designs, and they were nice enough to provide me with an image for my card.

I've never used a fairy image, but I really like this one!  I colored her using RoseArt and Crayola colored pencils, then added some glitter on her wings.  The pink ribbon down the left side was from my stash, and the border punch was one I received in a recent border punch swap in the Yahoo group Scrappin' 'n' Chattin'.

I found the sketch idea for the card at the Clean & Simple Sunday Challenge (I turned it sideways.) and will be entering over there:

I got my color inspiration from the current challenge at CR84FN Color Challenge.  Here's their inspiration for this week:

I'm also entering this card at The Paper Variety as part of their blogaversary celebration!  They're having several different challenges during their celebration, so this one will qualify for the stamp challenge.
