THE ROBYN'S FETISH CHALLENGE #301--"WINTER CARDS WITH GLITTER"--31 JANUARY 2016

Tomorrow is the big Robyn's Fetish Digital Stamps and More Store's Valentine's Day digis reveal!

Be sure to stop back by to see my card with one of the new digis!

In the meantime, this week's challenge at The Robyn's Fetish Challenge Blog is to create winter cards with glitter!  Please be sure we can see the glitter on your card!  Our sponsor this week is Fred, She Said Designs, and the prize is a $10 voucher from the Fred, She Said Designs store.

The Design Team members were provided with an image from Fred, She Said Designs for our projects, and my chosen image is "Catchin' Flakes."  I decided to get a jump on Christmas cards for later this year, since I couldn't find any real winter-related sentiments in my sentiment stash.  Guess that means it's time to go shopping!

THE ROBYN'S FETISH CHALLENGE #300--"PINK, GREEN, YELLOW, AND BLUE"--24 JANUARY 2016

This week's challenge at The Robyn's Fetish Challenge Blog is to use the colors of pink, green, yellow, and blue in your project!  You may include other colors as needed, but the main colors in your project should be pink, green, yellow, and blue.  Our sponsor this week is Oddball Art Co., and the prize is three digital stamps of the winner's choice from the Oddball Art Co. store.

The Design Team members were provided with an image from Oddball Art Co. for our projects, and my chosen image is "Sally & Charlie."  My husband and I are going on a (kid-free!) cruise this summer, and I always like to take handmade thank-you cards to give the cruise staff at the end of the trip along with their tips.  This will be perfect to use for that!

The new Progressive Freebie Challenge started this month over at The Outlawz Challenges!  If you enjoy working with digital images, you should really get in on this.  Once you join the challenge, you will receive this month's image.  You have until the end of the month to create a project using the image and to upload it to the challenge page and to the gallery.  As long as you get a project entered each month, you get the next month's image for free!

This month's image is a lovely set of roses.  I needed to make a stair step card, so I thought the image would be perfect.

Sketches in Thyme Project Life Style--Sketch #9

Happy New Year, everyone!!!

Welcome to January and a new sketch for Week 1 at Sketches in Thyme Project Life Style!  The first sketch for January comes from the lovely Maven Shawn (It's been rotated here.):

I used the sketch to make my title card for the Week 22 page in my 2014 (Yes, I said 2014!) album.

My apologies for not having my finished page to show how I used the card on my page, but my photo printer is on the fritz right now, so I can't print the pics to put in my page protectors.  :-(

We can't wait to see the PL cards you create with this new sketch!  Be sure to get your creation linked up at the Sketches in Thyme Project Life Style challenge blog before the end of the month.  Good luck, and happy scrapping!
